2. Data Collection

We collect anonymous analytics data to improve app performance, stability, and user experience.

3. Personal Information

We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII). Sign-in is required solely to associate credit purchases with your account securely. All payment transactions are processed by Apple via the App Store, and we do not access your payment or billing information.

We do not collect facial recognition or associate data.

3.1 Uploaded Images (Photo Data)

When you submit a photo to PicFix for AI restoration, it may include faces and other personal content.
Your image is sent temporarily to a third-party AI service for processing.
We do not capture, store, or use any biometric identifiers or facial recognition data.
All photos are deleted automatically from the third-party service once processing finishes.

3.2 Data Retention

User Data - We retain user IDs and analytics only as long as necessary to operate and enhance the App or to meet legal requirements.
Uploaded and Generated Images - The photos you submit and the restored images we produce are kept on our servers so they remain available in your in-app gallery until you delete them. After deletion, we retain a copy for up to one month to handle support queries, dispute resolution, and abuse reports. Access to these copies is limited to a small number of authorized team members.
Third-Party AI Service - Photos sent to our image processing provider are deleted on their schedule, typically within hours of processing.

3.3 Facial Image Handling

Uploaded Face Images - Face photos you submit are used solely to create the requested restored image.
Detection and Recognition - We may apply face and body detection but we never apply facial recognition, nor store facial features.
Limited Data Sharing - Face data is shared only with our image processing provider and is never used for identity verification, analytics, or marketing.

4. Analytics and Monitoring

We use KeenStats to understand how PicFix is used and to ensure smooth functionality. KeenStats is an in-house analytics product operated by Redsprint Ltd, the same company that operates PicFix. Your analytics data is not handed off to an external advertising or analytics network.

KeenStats collects non-personal, anonymous usage data such as app usage patterns, performance metrics, and crash reports.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data or images. We may share anonymous data with trusted service providers strictly for the purpose of operating and improving PicFix, and only when necessary.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encrypted communication and secure storage practices, to protect your data and maintain service integrity.
